The avenue Playas Del Duque runs practically parallel to the beach and marina, which is just about 200 metres away. This newly built apartment is situated along a residential avenue, in a 5-story block of 16 privately owned apartments called ‘Gaviotas’ which means seagull. It is one of a number of tastefully designed buildings, which form the prestigious Playas Del Duque development. The main entrance is through a delightful ‘atrium style’ foyer of marble and glass which has a 24 hour reception providing a hotel-like quality, and of course security.
