The apartment is situated in Costalita, Estepona which is near to Puerto Banus and Marbella. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the master bedroom includes a dressing area and luxury en-suite marble bathroom. It is situated in an impressive new development which is set in extensive tropical gardens with 2 swimming pools (one children's). The apartment is south/west facing overlooking lush gardens and fountains. The apartment also has its own garden which is perfect for al-fresco dining. There is also a children's play area with slides and swings secured in a gated area.
The apartment is fully equipped with fitted kitchen, Bosch oven hob fridge/freezer, dishwasher, plus utility room with washing machine. There is also a music system, and LCD TVs in the lounge and main bedroom.
We have furnished our apartment to a very high standard, one that we are proud of, and would expect it to be of this standard if we were renting a holiday home. All the rooms have been fitted out with brand new modern furniture with the bedrooms boasting leather and suede wall headboards which give that modern luxury feel. The Double bed in the master bedroom can be unzipped to make two single beds if required. Both bedrooms also open onto the terrace which leads straight into the garden.

Estepona is situated 10 minutes drive from the dazzling nightlife, restaurants and marina of Puerto Banus. Plus the cosmopolitan area of Marbella with it's picturesque orange square and designer shops.
Los Flamingos championship golf course is a 2 minute drive away which also boasts a hotel with luxurious 5 star day spa.
There is a reserved underground car parking space and a lift from the garage to all floors if required.

Dear Mike and Maxine,
Just wanted to say we had a brilliant time staying at your place. After a busy
couple of months we were really looking forward to just chilling out and that
was exactly what we did. The apartment itself is really lovely -
nice and bright and spacious and very tastefully decorated - a real touch of
luxury. We really enjoyed having the private terrace and garden (ideal for
enjoying a nice bottle of Rioja "al fresco" in the evening!) and it was
ideal for our little boy who also loved running around the communal garden and
pool areas and who managed to make some new friends - and I really loved
being able to relax by the pool while he played - a rare treat for me!!! As
for the local area there is loads to do, be it golfing, shopping or
whatever and we found it very child friendly for our 3 year old and 8 month old.
On a final note absolutely must recommend the wonderful Terra Sana restaurant
which is a few minutes walk from the apartment, we went there 6
times during our month long stay and every meal was just delicious (and the
smoothies they do at breakfast are to die for!)
Yes I can safely say a wonderful time was had by all and I am sure all your
future guests will thoroughly enjoy their time there.

Dear Maxine, Mike and Pierce,
We have one complaint. Not nearly long enough! Thought the apartment was in a great location. We went to Marbella beach, San Pedro beach, Estepona beach and Puerto Banus, all within a very short drive ffrom the apartment. Had some great meals, one we especially liked was called 'A place On The Corner' again a 5 minute drive or even within walking distance if you have the energy. The complex was very peaceful and the apartment itself lovely. You have great taste. We were all sorry to leave.

What a great apartment; It had everything we could possibly want. We particularly appreciated the veranda and garden where we had breakfast every morning, and enjoyed a nightcap in the evening. The gardens were beautifully maintained and the pool proved a popular place to relax and take a bit of exercise. The residents were all friendly and there was a nice mix of ages. The area itself is full of things to do and see, and there was no shortage of restaurants. We found the local village (Cancelada, only a few hundred meters away) a hidden gem; a bit of old Spain tucked away amongst the bright lights and excitement of the Costa. Just fifteen minutes drive away is the pretty village of Benehavis, a foody's delight set in the hills above the coast. Every other house seems to be a restaurant! We had a great two weeks at the apartment; in fact we've already booked for next year. We highly recommend this as a great holiday venue.

Thanks for the email. We had a really good time and were very pleased with
the Apartment - it had everything we needed apart from a spud peeler !!
(that's my job unfortunately). The kids loved the flat screen TV's -
especially in their bedroom !!
They also made some friends on the site and spent ages in the pool. The
weather was kind to us and the temperature was just about spot on.
Having had the telephone conversation with your neighbour really helped and
we found it strait away - looking out for the supermarket sigh is
definitely a good idea
