We own two similar luxury apartments in the 5 star Club Playas Del Duque complexes, known as the most exclusive and prestigious sought after accommodation address in the Costa Del Sol. Surrounded by 30,000 sq.meters of their own beautiful landscaped, prize winning, tropical gardens with 3 swimming pools and two open air private restaurants. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the Marina with numerous restaurants, art galleries, world famous designer boutiques, alfresco cafes, discos, banks, casino, 24 hours concierge / reception and security services. There is there is an underground parking space and elevator.
The complex enjoys a most luxurious exclusive health club with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam room, also an excellent beauty salon, ( entrance fees payable directly to club).

1 minute walk to beach and marina. Our beaches are blue flag sandy beaches with sun beds and fully serviced beach restaurants for serving food, drinks and BBQ until sunset suitable for all budgets. The two apartments that we own in this complex are two bedrooms (each with king size double bed and the guest bedroom with twin beds), 2 marble bathrooms with full bath and shower, each with 2 washing basins, bidet. DIGITAL SAFE IS PROVIDED.
The lounge has a well sprung sofa bed that can sleep two.
It is luxuriously furnished by the owners. The balcony looks towards the gardens and the swimming pools. The kitchen is fully equipped and has adjacent to it a utility room. There is air-conditioning and covered garage space with all amenities

Cots and high chair are available on request. Towels and pool towels are supplied
The rates include cleaning, towels and linen change once a week or on arrival and departure.
