It really is home from home with everything you'll need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.
The spacious master bedroom has its own TV, dressing area and en suite bathroom which is fully fitted with a shower. This bedroom walks out onto the terrace. When the bedroom patio doors are open you’ll be able to hear the gentle sounds of the cascading water fountain whilst taking your morning coffee in bed. The twin bedroom has generous wardrobe space and has a lovely view over the pool which is beautifully lit at night. This bedroom has access to the adjacent main bathroom. The comfortable sitting room has TV with satellite channels, DVD player and a CD player, so remember to bring along your favourite films and music albums! As the property is a corner apartment you benefit from two sets of patio doors in the sitting room which lets lots of natural light flood in – one set of doors leads to the terrace and the other set has a view over the pool by way of a Juliet balcony. This room also has a dining area by way of an elegant wrought iron table and chairs with glass top. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking your favourite meals plus a very handy dishwasher for the chores you don't want to be doing whilst trying to make the most of your holiday. The entire apartment has marble flooring and both bathrooms are completely tiled with marble for a truly luxurious feel.
The Urbanisation has 5 swimming pools, two of which are heated all year round and a life guard is stationed at the main pool during summer months. The main pool has a shallow childrens play area.
There are 24 hour security guards at El Presidente who make it their aim to keep the Urbanisation as peaceful and safe as possible. There are also tennis courts available for residents to use also. The beach is within a few minutes walk away and has a lovely beachside bar that serves snacks and drinks.
