The house is ideally located in Marbella for quick, easy access to the beaches, Orange Square and the old town, countless golf courses, restaurants, the mountains and Puerto Banus (8 mins by car)
It's part of a small, secure, gated white village with 2 large pools and mature sub-tropical gardens
Inside there is a large living room and a new, fully equipped kitchen and upstairs are 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin singles) and a new bathroom.
