Welcome to the page for Cavallino, our spacious air conditioned Penthouse apartment. The large apartment (over 130m2 - some are as small as 70m2!) sleeps 6-8 and is situated in the lovely quiet area of Cabopino on the eastern outskirts of Marbella. The penthouse has a large 124m2 wrap around terrace giving fantastic sea views and all day sun. It is only a 10 minute walk to three great beaches, the lovely Puerto Cabopino Marina and a magnificent 18 hole golf course. Although only a short walk to the many nice local bars and great restaurants of the marina the apartment is in a nice quiet area. Cabopino is a lovely marina area (about 8 miles east of Marbella and 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport) with fine sandy beaches to either side of the port. Puerto Banus is a short drive away. Directly in front of the Penthouse is a multi mile fine sandy beach with clear waters. Several beach side restaurants serve local and international dishes. To the right of this beach is the Marina, and to the right of this is another fine gently sloping beach with miles of rolling dunes. On this beach you can hire jet skis, kayaks and pedalo's. Again there are many beach side restaurants serving local and international dishes. Superb at sunset! The area is home to a host of fantastic golf courses and the challenging 18 hole par 70 Cabopino Golf course course (one for 'every club in the bag') is within 100 yards. Completed in 2003, the apartment is fitted out to a high standard, fully air conditioned (and heated for the few winter months!) and has two bedrooms which both benefit from their own en-suite bathrooms and private 'suite' doors. The lounge has Widescreen Satellite TV, CD/Radio/Cassette and DVD player. There are a few kids DVD's which we keep out there to entertain the little ones. It has a large sofa-bed with a pull out single bed underneath this which will sleep 2 people, taking the comfortable sleeping capacity up to 6 + travel cot. There is a dining table and chairs for 6 people in the lounge and the same on the terrace. The property has private underground parking. The terraces offer great views out to the Mediterranean across to the North coast of Africa. The wraparound terrace offers all day sun and plenty of room to dine and lounge!
