First floor apartment in quiet location, a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Accomodation comprises; 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. A bright, spacious lounge, with sofa bed, opens onto balcony. Full kitchen and dining area.

The apartment is suitable for 2-4 persons, the bedroom contains twin beds whilst the sofabed in the Living Room can sleep two adults in comfort. The balcony has views over a small pine wood and gets the afternoon sun. Bed linen & bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Please note that there is NO Lift and this 1st floor apartment is only accessible using the stairs.

Close by are café/bar and mini-supermarket (summer season only). The town centre is just a 10 minute walk. The apartment is equipped with Oven/Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine, and TV & Video Player, Radio Cassette. Mobile phone reception is good. Prices include for provision of linen and bath/hand towels.

Puerto Pollensa (Port de Pollenca) is situated at the NE corner of the island in an attractive bay with excellant beaches. The nearbye mountains that run along the north coast offer spectacular scenary and other interesting places to visit. The old market town of Pollenca is just a 15 minute drive inland and well worth investigating.

Cipreses is located in the quiet El Pinaret residential area, just south of the town centre. El Pinaret has the advantages of being apparantly 'away from it all' but is actually within very easy walking distance of the lively but friendly port and town. There is no nightlife on the doorstep to disturb, but all amenities are easily accessable on foot, and a car is not neccessary except to venture further afield. The local beach is safe,spacious and not prone to overcrowding, and there is a sailing/windsurfing school on your doorstep if you are so inclined.

The nearest Restaurant 'Bar Tolus' is on the sea front (apparantly always open) good for snacks and light meals with friendly staff - its almost too convenient !
