Is in the heart of the Spanish countryside and the property originally the stables,
is on one level and has been restored to a high standard.
All the floors at the Villa are covered with rustic tiles. As you step outside the Living Room, there is a terrace
with a large awning, a B.B.Q. and a private and inviting 7 M x 4 M Swimming Pool, which is also secure from unsupervised access by children.
The Terrace overlooks the Orange Orchard (about an Acre) and offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
The owners are adjacent should you need any assistance.
The Villa is in great location and the nearest towns are Coin and Alhaurin El Grande, which are about a 5 and 15 minutes drive. Both Towns have lots of Supermarkets, Shops, Banks and also an Open-Air Market once a week.
A two-minute stroll will take you to the local river (Dry in the Summer Months).
